6. Ensure you verify the product approval numbers. If you are unsure, consult your product supplier to obtain the correct numbers for the products you are listing.
7. Once all sections are completed and verified for accuracy, ensure you keep copies of each manufacturer's printed instructions on the job site as required.
8. Finally, save your changes, and you may choose to download, print, or share the completed form as necessary.
