Follow the steps to successfully complete the Swajan form online:

1. Click the ‘Get Form’ button to access the Swajan form and open it in the designated editor.
2. Begin by creating an account. Locate the registration tab, enter your date of birth and mobile number in the specified fields, then click on the submit button to receive an SMS with your password.
3. Once registered, proceed to the login page by clicking the login button. Enter your user ID, which is your mobile number, followed by the password received via SMS, and press the login button.
4. After logging in, a dashboard will present various icons. To view your service details, click the details icon. This will display your complete service records.
5. To check your ranking in the gradation list, simply select the gradation icon, which will show your position within the list.
6. For salary information, click on the salary icon, which will redirect you to the IFMS login page. Enter your separate IFMS credentials to access your salary particulars.
7. If you need to change your Swajan password, click on the password icon, enter the new password, and select the ‘set password’ button to update it.
8. For additional resources, click the forms icon to view and download useful forms relevant to your needs.
9. Save any important information using the notes icon, allowing you to keep track of essential details securely.
10. Once you have completed your updates, you can save changes, download a copy, print the document, or share it as necessary.
