8. Select the type of well you intend to dig: Open, Bore well, or Hand Pump, and specify the mode of drawing water: Diesel Engine or Electric Motor.
9. Fill in the specifications of the pump and the distance from any existing functional well, as well as the desired well depth in meters.
10. Prepare and upload the required documents in PDF format. These include the application in the prescribed format, a photocopy of the Pattadar Passbook/Title Deed/1B Extract/Registered Sale Deeds of the land, and any certification for fee concession if applicable.
11. Review all filled information for accuracy. Once confirmed, you can save your changes, download the form, print it, or share it as needed.
