How to use or fill out the Academic Probation Worksheet II - Slu online

Filling out the Academic Probation Worksheet II - Slu is an important step in managing your academic progress. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you complete the form accurately and confidently.

Follow the steps to successfully complete the Academic Probation Worksheet II - Slu.

  1. Click 'Get Form' button to obtain the form and open it in the editor.
  2. Begin with section one by reviewing your grade report. Identify the earned hours (EHRS), which include all credit hours earned, such as those from transfer, AP, 1818, and classes completed at SLU. Enter the total earned hours in the designated field.
  3. Next, locate your GPA hours. This includes all classes completed at SLU, including failed classes, that are used in your GPA calculation. Record the total GPA hours.
  4. Proceed to the quality points (QPTS) section. Each grade corresponds to a point value (e.g., A=4, B=3). Multiply the point value of each grade by the number of credit hours for that course to determine the total quality points for each class. Sum these quality points and enter this total.
  5. Calculate your current GPA using the formula: total quality points divided by GPA hours. Input your current quality points and current deficit points for clarity.
  6. Estimate your grades for this or the upcoming semester by filling in the table with your courses, predicted grades, grade points, and credit hours. Be sure to tally these for total quality points.
  7. To find your estimated semester GPA, divide the total quality points by the total GPA hours for the semester. Input these values in the respective fields.
  8. Finally, estimate your cumulative GPA at the end of the semester. Combine the quality points and quality hours earned up to now with your estimated totals for the current semester. Divide the total quality points by the total GPA hours and enter the cumulative GPA in the designated area.
  9. Once all sections are complete, save your changes, and you may choose to download, print, or share the form as needed.
