6. Proceed to PART-D for Recruitment Details. Specify the source of recruitment, method (Direct or Transfer), and fill in the Advice Memo number along with other relevant details like appointment order number and scale of pay.
7. If you are currently employed with the government, fill out PART-E with details about your previous department, designation, and associated order numbers.
8. In PART-F, record your educational qualifications by listing the course title, subjects, university or board, institution, class or percentage achieved, and registration number with the year.
9. Sign and date the Declaration in PART-G, affirming that the information you provided is accurate and backed by valid documents.
10. Finally, after successful completion, you may save changes, download, print, or share the form for submission.
