- Enter the actual number of firefighters currently on the department in the respective fields for paid and volunteer personnel.
- Select the type of department from the options provided including 'Fire only', 'Career', 'Fire and Rescue', 'Combination', or 'All Volunteer'.
- Indicate the number of stations operated by the department.
- Specify if your Department is part of a fire district. If yes, write the name of the district.
