- Complete the instructions for continued airworthiness section and check which data attachments are included, such as FAA forms, supporting data, drawings, and test procedures.
- Assess if damage tolerance and fatigue evaluation applies to any part of the proposed alteration or repair and provide the necessary documentation, if applicable.
- Review and check the additional information section regarding flight tests, PMA products, TSO products, and other relevant items.
