4. Provide particulars of the applicant. Paste a recent photograph in the designated area. Fill in the name of your firm or company, complete address, and contact details including phone, fax, mobile, email, and website.
5. Select the Class of Membership you desire and describe the nature of your business. Include your National Tax Number (NTN) and provide the name of your bankers.
6. List details of proprietors, partners, or directors in the specified tables, including their names, status, and National Identity Card numbers.
7. Record your Goods Imported/Exported and other business-related particulars such as the year of establishment and representative's blood group.
8. Designate a representative for your firm in the chamber by filling in their name, designation, and signature, ensuring to include the company stamp.
9. Complete the representative card form, filling it out in duplicate as per the instructions. This requires the representative’s name, company name, address, and contact details. Affix their photograph and signature.
10. Compile all necessary documents for submission, including identity proofs, photographs, tax certificates, business papers, and partnership deeds if applicable.
11. Finally, save your completed application form, and consider downloading, printing, or sharing it for your records before submission.
