Filling out the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Form online can seem daunting, but with the right guidance, it becomes a manageable process. This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you accurately complete the form and incorporate all relevant costs.

Follow the steps to effectively complete your TCO form.

2. Choose up to four products or life cycle management scenarios to analyze. Enter descriptive information about each product or scenario in Row 13, such as product name and end-of-life management options.
3. Enter cost data in the purple-shaded cells (Columns C-F). The form contains four sections: general information, purchasing, operations & maintenance, and product disposition. Clearly follow the line-by-line instructions provided in Column G for data entry.
4. Scroll down to Rows 96-98 to view the results. The results will display the total cost per unit over the service life, total annualized cost per unit, and total cost for the specified number of units. You will also find subtotals for each lifecycle phase at the end of their respective sections.
5. Once you have completed all sections and reviewed your inputs, you can save changes, download the completed form, print it, or share it as needed.
