The county recorder shall record a conveyance or lease of agricultural land presented for recording even though not presented within one hundred eighty days after the date of conveyance or lease.

Iowa Code §656.2 says the notice of forfeiture must meet all the requirements below. It must be in writing. It must reasonably identify the contract and accurately describe the real estate covered. It must say with which terms of the contract the buyer has failed to perform.
