11. Identify 1-3 standard areas that the teacher candidate should focus on for improvement prior to the next observation and write them in the Goal(s) section.
12. Ensure that both the teacher candidate and supervisor sign the form in the designated signature areas.
13. Finally, save your changes, and if needed, download, print, or share the completed observation form.
