Business Taxes The tax rate is 6.6% on Oregon taxable income of $1 million or less and 7.6% on Oregon taxable income above $1 million. There is a minimum excise tax of $150 for S corporations and one between $150 and $100,000 for C corporations, based on Oregon sales.

Oregon Tax Rates, Collections, and Burdens Oregon has a 6.60 percent to 7.60 percent corporate income tax rate and levies a gross receipts tax.

LLCs can have an unlimited number of members; S corps can have no more than 100 shareholders (owners). Non-U.S. citizens/residents can be members of LLCs; S corps may not have non-U.S. citizens/residents as shareholders. S corporations cannot be owned by corporations, LLCs, partnerships or many trusts.

As of 2021, the Oregon business tax rate is 6.6% on taxable income of $1 million or less. For taxable income above $1 million, the rate is 7.6%.

A minimum corporate income tax (MCIT) of two percent is imposed on the gross income of both domestic and resident foreign corporations, on an annual basis. It is imposed from the beginning of the fourth taxable year immediately following the commencement of the business operations of the corporation.
