Created by the City of Key West in 1938, the Housing Authority of the City of Key West Florida owns, manages, develops, and administers federal, state, and local affordable workforce housing programs for very low income to moderate income families in our community.

Residents of the Section 202 Supportive Housing for the Elderly must be at least 62 years of age and have household incomes that meet HUD's Low income or Very Low Income criteria .
