- After obtaining necessary signatures from both CCCC and the host school, proceed to fill out Section IV with details from the host institution's Financial Aid Office. This includes course information and estimated costs associated with your enrollment.
- Ensure all sections are completed and signed appropriately. Save your changes, and then download or print a copy for your records.
- Submit the completed Consortium Agreement by faxing or mailing it to your host school as instructed. Make sure to keep a copy for your records.
