11. Specify the applicable TAX RATE percentage and calculate the TOTAL TAX to ensure the final invoice amount is correct.
12. Add any SHIPPING/HANDLING fees if necessary.
13. Indicate the entity to whom the check should be made payable in the Please make check payable to field.
14. Include any other relevant information in the OTHER field that may be important for the invoice.
15. Finally, review all fields for accuracy, then save changes, download the completed invoice, print it, or share it as required.
