- If the owner of the land differs from the owner of the unit(s), fill out Section E with their particulars, including names, ROB, ROC, or NRIC numbers, and the business or residential address.
- In Section F, provide the contact person's name, designation, contact number, email address, and the name of the company.
- Acknowledge your application in the confirmation section by certifying that the information provided is true, correct, and complete. Remember to sign and date your application.
- Complete Section G by filling in your name as the applicant and your address.
- Lastly, fill out Section H with details regarding the renumbering process, attaching a separate sheet if more space is required. Input all pertinent property tax account numbers and existing floor areas.
