If you need to notify the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) of any changes to your company details, you will need to fill out ASIC form 484. While a paper form is available, you can also submit it through an online portal. ASIC Form 484 is now commonly known as 'Changes to Company Details'.

You may lodge a Document with us electronically by using our Lodgement Services and using a required electronic signature to submit a Document.

The paper Form 484 is no longer available. There's no fee to change your company details online. Once we've received your changes online, your details will be updated within one business day.

On ASIC database, when the same shares were transferred, the shares must have the same cost. Thus, on Form 484C, amount paid for shares must be shown as $1 per share to match ASIC database.
