- Complete the NHQ/HCA review section, marking the date of review completion and the date sent to NHQ/HC.
- Once the review process is concluded, complete the final processing section, including the entry date in eServices, and configure the necessary mailing details for your completed application.
- At the end of the process, you can save your changes, download your completed form, print it for your records, or share it with the appropriate parties.
