12. Provide optional 'Official Address' details if the parent is selected as 'Not Working.'
13. Enter the parent's email address. This is crucial for sending login details.
14. Confirm which parent's service category to be considered for admission, then enter any required transfer details.
15. If applicable, add transfer details as prompted and be mindful of the validation rules regarding duration and distance.
16. Once all sections are complete, read the undertaking and check the box indicating agreement to the terms and conditions.
17. Fill in the captcha and click the 'Submit' button. Ensure all mandatory fields are filled. If not, the form will indicate fields in red that need attention.
