- Respond to the questions regarding bankruptcy proceedings for the representatives and provide any necessary additional information.
- Review the waiver and indemnity clause, ensuring you understand the implications before proceeding. Sign and date the application where indicated.
- Complete any required fields, review for accuracy, and prepare your supporting documents for submission. This includes printing the latest Registry of Company printout, your STPB certificate, and a recent photograph.
- Submit the completed application form along with the necessary documentation to the AMTAS Honorary Secretary. Make sure to include any payments according to the membership fees outlined.
- After submission, you may check the application status with AMTAS for updates on the approval process.
