Follow the steps to successfully navigate the Lausd Trouble Call Kiosk online.
- Click ‘Get Form’ button to access the Kiosk application and open the form.
- Log in using your LAUSD Single Sign-On account. Enter your username in lowercase, excluding the domain name, and provide your password.
- Select your school site from the list presented when you log in for the first time. This will set your default site for future access.
- Review the application home page where all open work orders assigned to your Maintenance Worker will be displayed. You can modify the selected school site if needed.
- To view all service calls at your site, check the 'Show Area Based Work' checkbox. To narrow it down to only Site Based calls, uncheck this option.
- Use the filter function to search for specific service calls by entering keywords related to the work order number, description, location, and other fields.
- To create a new service call, click on the 'New Work Order' button, fill in the required fields, and select the appropriate option for the service call type before clicking 'Create Service Call'.
- If you need to print a list of selected work orders, check the boxes for each desired work order and click on the 'Print Selected' button.
- Reassign calls back to the Maintenance and Operations Area by selecting the work order and clicking on the 'Convert to Area Based' icon in the Actions column.
- To change the status of a work order, select the appropriate status from the Actions column and click on the 'Change Status' icon.
- Report time against a work order by clicking on the 'Report Time' icon and filling out the Labor Reporting window with the necessary information.
- If necessary, reverse time by using the 'Report Time' button and following the steps to create a reversal transaction.
- Print the Weekly Time Card report by clicking on the 'Weekly Time Report' button, entering the required details, and reviewing the generated report.
- At any point, you can save changes, download, or print the form as needed.
