- Detail the rent and any other possible charges. Indicate the monthly rent in euros and if there is a furniture fee, specify that as well. Ensure to combine these charges in the total monthly amount.
- Complete the rent payment details by listing the principal tenant’s account number and the principal tenant’s bank name. Remember that rent is due by the 5th of each month and late payments may incur collection fees.
- Finally, confirm that the agreement is signed by the principal tenant and the sub-tenant, along with indicating the date and place of signing. Make sure that three copies are signed for each party involved.
