1. Click the ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the Scotiaconnect form and open it in your selected document editor.
2. Begin with the Template Management section to manage your existing payment templates. Select 'Manage Templates' from the Integrated Payments menu. Here you can add, modify, or delete templates as needed.
3. To create a new template, use the 'Create Template' button. Start by choosing the Payment Type, which customizes the form to display relevant fields for that payment type.
4. Fill in all mandatory fields, such as Template ID, Description, and Pre-Approved Amount. These fields help identify and control payment amounts associated with the template.
5. Enter Originator Details including your company information and the chargeback account to be used for returned payments.
6. Complete the Recipient information section with the payee's details. Ensure that all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk (*) are filled out.

8. Once all required fields are completed, click the Continue button at the bottom of the page. Review your entries and finalize by saving the template, noting that it may need approval based on your company’s settings.
9. For submitting integrated payments, navigate to the Pending section from the Integrated Payments menu to review and approve payments that are ready to be submitted.
10. After reviewing, select the payments to submit, enter your password and the verification token, then click Confirm Submit.
11. You can locate payments via the Payments Search feature to manage and generate reports as needed.
