- Specify whether your school is government, unaided, or aided, and select the syllabus: C.B.S.E, Kerala, or I.C.S.E.
- Fill in the education district associated with your school.
- Provide the revenue district information.
- Enter the name of the SEED teacher coordinator, along with their contact telephone/mobile number and email ID.
- Indicate whether your school is interested in the Love Plastic Programme by selecting ‘Yes’ or ‘No.’
- The Headmaster or Principal should sign, print their name, and provide their designation.
- Lastly, include the name and signature of the Mathrubhumi Representative.
- Once all fields are completed, you can save changes, download, print, or share the form as needed.

If you've lost your old NBI Clearance, you can't apply for renewal since you'll need the NBI ID number, which is found on the lost document. If you don't have your NBI ID Number or lost your previous clearance, you can't renew it. Instead, you'll have to go through the NBI Clearance application process again.
