12. If including Information Steps, click 'New Information Step', enter the Unique ID and relevant text information, followed by the Target ID for navigating to the next Step or Result.
13. To establish Results, click 'New Result', input the Unique ID and text that represents the outcome, ensuring that users can see the choices leading to this Result immediately.
14. Once all Steps, Options, and Results have been created, click ►Play to test and navigate through your Decision Tree, reviewing that every Step leads to another and that all paths make logical sense.
