You MUST apply for Diversion within thirty (30) days after the issuance of your citation, and pay the $25.00 non-refundable application fee, and answer COMPLETELY all questions on the application. Failure to do so will result in denial of your application or delay in the court date.

If accepted into the DUI diversion program in Kansas, you will need to pay a fee of between $800 and $1,500. You will also have to abide by a set of conditions for a year. These are typically the following: Accept responsibility for your crime.
