9. Add any necessary additional information regarding accommodations including dietary needs, classroom activities, naptime, and mobility supports.
10. Lastly, have the required signatures from the parent/guardian, licensed child care provider, and staff who interact with the child. Include the date next to each signature.
11. After completing all sections, save your changes, then download, print, or share the ICCPP as needed.
