- Input performance data, including actual weight and weaning data. Enter calving ease data and categorize it accordingly.
- If the transaction involves an embryo transplant or cloning, provide the necessary indicators and related details.
- Finally, review all entries for accuracy, then save changes, and proceed to download, print, or share the filled form.
