1099Gs are available to view and print online through our OH|TAX eServices. You can elect to be removed from the next year's mailing by signing up for email notification.

Box 2 of Form 1099-G shows the state or local income tax refunds, offsets, or credits you received, but these amounts typically only need to be reported if you took a federal deduction for paying those taxes in a prior year and that deduction actually reduced your federal taxes.

These income statements are mailed to you. However, you can elect to receive them electronically via OH|TAX eServices. Electronic: You must register for OH|TAX eServices to view/print your 1099-G and/or 1099-INT.

Additionally, you can view transcripts of any Ohio income tax return(s), for the current and previous ten tax years. Simply log into OH|TAX eServices and select More... the View and print transcript. Here you can request prior return transcripts that you have submitted.

Signing in to your personal my Social Security account and selecting the “Replace Your Tax Form SSA-1099/SSA-1042S” link. Go to the “Choose a year” dropdown menu. Choose the desired year and select the “Download” link. The most recent tax year's SSA-1099/SSA-1042S will be available beginning every February 1.
