Follow the steps to successfully navigate the Betteronline Web Portal.

1. Click the ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the form and access it in the editor.
2. Log in to the Betteronline Web Portal using your username and password. After logging in, you will land on the Timesheet List page, which displays all timesheets submitted by your employees.
3. To view and search for timesheets, select and/or enter any of the following criteria: Timesheet Status (Submitted, Approved, Rejected, Paid, In Process, Pending, Denied), Timesheet Start Date Range, Timesheet Submitted Date Range, or Employee Name. To search by employee name, click on +Search with Employee Name… and input the Employee First Name and Last Name.
4. After inputting your search criteria, click Search to view all matching timesheets based on your parameters.
5. To approve or reject a timesheet, click on the Approve/Reject button next to the relevant timesheet.
6. Review the displayed timesheet and ensure the hours are accurate. If correct, click Approve. If not, click Reject and select a reason for rejection. You may also add details in the optional 'Additional Rejection Note' section.
7. If you reject the timesheet, it will be sent back to the employee for corrections. The employee will see the reason for rejection and can resubmit the timesheet for your approval.
8. Finally, the timesheet's status will be updated to Approved or Rejected based on your decision.
