Insurance Provisions for Minerals In general the minerals portion of the T19. 1 includes provisions for damage to the improvements on the property that is caused from a future exercise of a right to use the surface of the property for extraction or development of minerals.

Down Date Endorsement (T-3) Protects: Provides coverage by amending the Loan Policy liability amount to include the total amount of construction disbursements made as of the effective date of the endorsement.

Yes. While a district is not required to offer all endorsements, a district must allow a student to choose, at any time, to earn an endorsement other than the endorsement the student previously indicated from among the available endorsements.
