- Enter the type of ammunition in field (g), using the designated J-code for accurate identification.
- Indicate the method of control or time on target (TOT) within field (h). This information is crucial for operational planning.
- In field (i), specify the time the mission has been transmitted to the platoon or launcher for clarity on communication timelines.
- For field (j), document the mission status, choosing from the predetermined statuses such as ADVRDY, CANCOM, etc.
- Input the time the platoon or launcher fired the mission in field (k) once the mission fired report (MFR) is received.
- In field (l), record the number of rounds actually fired on target to provide records of performance.
- Finally, use field (m) for any remarks or additional information relevant to this specific mission, such as fire plan names or misfire details.
- Once all necessary information is completed, be sure to save your changes. You may also download, print, or share the Fire Mission Log as needed.
