It is the responsibility of the AHA Training Center (where you received your CPR training) to issue a duplicate card if a card is lost, destroyed or otherwise becomes unusable. All requests for duplicate or replacement cards must be submitted directly to the Training Center that issued the original card.

Visit the new ATLAS portal from the American heart association and Sign into the Dashboard. On the Dashboard section. You will find “Proof of completion” column which will list your certificates (eCards). If you don't see eCard button, ask your training center instructor to process the eCard.

To access the cards you have claimed, go to https://ecards.heart.org/student/myecards. Here, you can enter your name and email address or enter your ecard code and search. You can also go to the employer tab, and just enter your ecard code.

When can I expect to receive my course completion card from the AHA? Training Centers must issue course completion cards within 20 days of successful course completion. Please contact your AHA Instructor or Training Center Coordinator if you have any questions about your card.

eCard code: The eCard code is printed below the course name. The format of the code is the last 2 digits of the year the eCard was issued, followed by a 3-digit course code and a 7-digit random number. This code may be used by students or employers to access and verify eCards at .heart.org/cpr/mycards.
