The No Objection Certificate Application System 2 (Nocas2) is an upgraded online application system developed by the Airports Authority of India. Follow the steps to successfully complete your Nocas2 application.

1. Click ‘Get Form’ button to obtain the form and open it in the editor.
2. Register as a new user by completing all mandatory fields. Enter your email address, which will act as your user ID, and create a password containing 8 to 15 characters, including at least one capital letter, one special character, and one numeral. After submitting the registration form, activate your account using the link sent to your email.
3. Log in to your account, which directs you to your dashboard. Here, choose the 'Apply NOC' button to initiate a new application. Fill in all necessary information based on your documents, including site coordinates, elevation details, and desired height for your structure.
4. Confirm the location of your site on the provided map and upload all required documents in PDF format, ensuring each document does not exceed 200 KB.
5. Submit the application under the name of the owner or lessee or by an authorized representative. If filing as a representative, upload the necessary authorization letter.
6. After submitting, a unique NOC ID will be generated. Keep this ID handy for tracking the status of your application on the home page or your dashboard.
7. Once your NOC ID is generated, wait for the Airport User or AGA User to verify your application. They will either accept or reject it, notifying you through email and SMS if rejected.
8. If accepted, your application will be processed, and the NOC letter will be issued, which you can download directly from your dashboard.
