Follow the steps to complete your Myisolved form online.
- Press the ‘Get Form’ button to access the form and open it in the relevant editor.
- Locate the activation link in the email you received from dominionpayroll@myisolved.com, and click it (or copy and paste it into your browser). This link is unique to your account.
- Fill in the required information on the activation form, which includes: Authorization Code/Pin (the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number), your username (your email address), and the Client Code.
- Establish a secure password that meets the requirements specified on the form.
- Create a challenge question and corresponding answers. Make sure to remember these for future password resets.
- After entering all required details, click 'Continue' to finalize your account setup.
- You will be directed to the general login screen where you can log in using your username and the password you just created.
- On your welcome screen, you can view any messages from your company, your pay overview, and any benefits you are enrolled in.
- To access your pay stubs, navigate to 'Employee Self-Service - Pay History' from the left navigation menu.
- Your check stubs will be listed with the most recent on top. Click the button to view or print your pay stub as needed.
Complete your documents online and ensure your payroll access is set up efficiently.
If your self-service account is locked, contact your employer to have them unlock your account for you. Once your account is unlocked, follow the “Forgot Password” wizard to reset your password.
