4. For checking accounts, you must attach a voided check as proof of your account; deposit slips cannot be accepted. If you wish, you can include a letter from your bank detailing the Routing and Account Number. For savings accounts, a deposit slip for savings can be acceptable, or you may attach a letter from your bank with the required information printed on it. Note that failing to follow these instructions could result in fund rejection or misdirection.
