Here's how: Log into your parent account on the ClassDojo website. Select the name of the child whose report you would like to view from the left side of the screen under “All Stories”

Parents can see the last two weeks of their child's feedback points. Parents also have the option of subscribing to ClassDojo Plus which allows them to see their child(ren)'s all time point history.

All messages sent by parents on ClassDojo Messaging can only be viewed by the teacher the messaged is sent to. No other teacher or parent (even your child's other parent or guardians) can view your messages. Each message thread is completely private between you and one teacher.

To enable push notifications on an Android device: Go to Settings > Application Manager. Find the ClassDojo app, and tick the Show Notifications box.

You can also click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any ClassDojo notification email to remove yourself from all future email notifications (you will still receive marketing and other types of emails unless you unsubscribe from that group as well).

If a parent has subscribed to ClassDojo Plus, they can see the approximate time the teacher has read their message. If the teacher reads the message during their Quiet Hours, the parent will only be able to see the Read Status once the Quiet Hours have ended.

If you are not receiving push notifications on your device, we would suggest making sure that you are logged into your account on the app, running the latest version of our app, and that your notifications for ClassDojo are fully enabled.

Setting Your Point Preference: Click on "Options" and select "Edit Class” from the drop-down menu. Click on the "Skills" tab. Scroll to the bottom of the page where you'll see a box that says "Choose which points you'd like parents to see:" and select one of the point preferences.
