The Application for Permanent Registration (obtained by the breeder from UKC after litter registering, and then provided to the buyer) must be completed and mailed to UKC for issuance of your dog's Permanent Registration certificate. Completion of this process grants full registration rights and privileges.

To dual register your dog you will need to send a copy of his current registration paper to APRI. Be sure to include a copy of the back of the certificate with the transfer information completely filled out if you are not listed on the front as the current owner.
