12. Fill in sections 15 and 16 regarding strategic goods and excise goods, responding with 'YES' or 'NO'.
13. For sections 18 to 25, describe the shipment details, including the name and type of goods, packaging, quantity, parameters, gross weight, and any special instructions.
14. In section 26, enter the place, date, and signature of the principal.
15. Section 27 will be completed after the order acceptance confirmation by Raben.
16. Finally, review all entered information for accuracy and completeness before saving changes, downloading, printing, or sharing the completed form.
