- Calculate your UK net receipts by subtracting your total expenses (as calculated in step 5) from your total income (as calculated in step 4).
- Ensure to enclose copies of all relevant engagement contracts and agreements. If unable to provide them, briefly explain why in the provided box.
- Sign and date the form, providing your contact information including an international dialing code for potential follow-up communications.
