9. Indicate your employment status by ticking the relevant box. Provide the type of employer and place of work, followed by the address.
10. Finally, ensure that the registrar or principal/in-charge signs with their seal, including their name and date. Include your own signature as the applicant.
11. Once all information is accurately filled, save the changes made to the form. Users can choose to download, print, or share the completed form as necessary.
