- Choose the appropriate status or work description from the options in Block 11 and enter it, ensuring it reflects the majority of the work performed.
- Use Block 12 for any remarks related to the work undertaken, detailing compliance with regulations, repairs, modifications, and other critical information.
- Complete Blocks 13a-13e according to the type of work performed, following any specific marking instructions.
- In Block 14a, mark the appropriate regulations, ensuring at least one box is checked.
- Obtain the Authorized Signature in Block 14b from a person authorized under applicable rules.
- Input the Approval or Authorization Number in Block 14c as issued by the Competent Authority.
- Legibly enter the name of the person signing in Block 14d.
- Add the date of signing in Block 14e, formatted as dd/mmm/yyyy.
- After filling all necessary fields, save the changes, and choose to download, print, or share the completed Easa Form 1.
