Under Rule 64, a court may issue a writ or order for the seizure of property in order to secure the satisfaction of a judgment, to preserve the property, or for other reasons.

Rule 504.1 - Jury Trial Demanded (a)Demand. Any party is entitled to a trial by jury. A written demand for a jury must be filed no later than 14 days before the date a case is set for trial. If the demand is not timely, the right to a jury is waived unless the late filing is excused by the judge for good cause.

In its demand, a party may specify the issues that it wishes to have tried by a jury; otherwise, it is considered to have demanded a jury trial on all the issues so triable.

The Court may, under Rule 39 of its Rules of Court, indicate interim measures to any State Party to the Convention. Interim measures are urgent measures which, in ance with the established practice of the Court, apply only where there is an imminent risk of irreparable damage (see Mamatkulov and Askarov v.
