Technical Standards Only 2 driveway approaches are allowed per street per property, and they must have at least a distance of 35' inside edge to inside edge for curb and gutter streets or 100' center to center for all other types. Driveway approaches must be paved with concrete.

A Right-of-Way permit is needed anytime a private citizen or contractor performs work within the road right-of-way (typically 33 feet on each side from center of road) including driveways (new installation or resurfacing), tree trimming or utility work.

A building permit is required for a new driveway, widening of a driveway, and replacing an existing driveway.
