8. Complete the details of facilities offered by your accommodation. Depending on the type of accommodation, fill out relevant sections regarding room numbers, restaurants, health and fitness facilities, and any other additional services. Attach extra sheets if required.
9. Answer the questions regarding any convictions, refusals of licenses, or revocations of a Tourist Enterprise License within the past three years. Provide details if applicable.
10. Read and acknowledge the declaration that the information provided is true and accurate. Enter your name, signature, designation, and date.
11. Ensure that the application is accompanied by a payment of the required fee and any required documents such as copies of valid Tourist Enterprise Licences. Review all attached documents before finalizing.
