- Gather the required documents listed in the form. Ensure you have a passport copy with a visa page or a UAE ID, a copy of the title deed or certificate of completion of payment, a tenancy contract if applicable, and a trade license for companies.
- Review the declaration statement confirming that the information provided is correct. After reviewing, sign and date the form in the designated area for the owner or tenant.
- If applicable, include the company stamp in the designated area.
- For office use only, leave the spaces for receipt date and remarks blank as they will be filled out by Emaar staff.
- Finally, send a scanned copy of the completed form along with all required documents to Communities@emaar.ae.
