- Select the MoveID option from one of the following locations: the Process Definition menu, the MoveID icon on the toolbar, or the MoveID option in the Process List menu.
- Once in the Find PAF screen, if your existing PAF is not listed, click 'Include Expired PAFs' to view all associated PAFs.
- Review the search results that display PAFs associated with your account. Click 'Renew' on an existing PAF to initiate the renewal process.
- Verify all pre-populated information on the Processing Acknowledgement Form and make any necessary corrections.
- When ready, click 'Next' to proceed with the renewal process.
- Confirm all details before processing the PAF renewal. If changes are needed, select 'Back' to edit.
- If all information is correct, select 'Confirm' to finalize your submission. You will receive a message indicating that an email will be sent to you.
- Check your inbox for an email from 'PAF Support.' Click the link within the email to electronically sign your PAF.
- Scroll to the bottom of the Electronic Signature page to confirm your signature.
- Enter your name next to the signature box and select the current date. Then, select 'Confirm Signature' to complete the process.
- You will see an acknowledgement that your signature has been received. Following approval of your PAF, a confirmation email will be sent and you may start processing your mailings for move updates.
