How to fill out the Ssp2 Form online
The Ssp2 Form is essential for employers to record the Statutory Sick Pay (SSP) details of their employees. Completing this form accurately ensures the correct amounts are paid for sickness periods, and it is advisable to keep these records for a minimum of three years.
Follow the steps to complete the Ssp2 Form online.

- In Box 3, use the provided codes to note the status of sickness days. Mark 'P' for qualifying days where SSP is due and keep track of days with 'N' or 'W' as appropriate.
- Maintain a running total of SSP in Box 5 to keep track of payments during the specified period.
- Finally, review all the information entered. Once you are satisfied, you can save your changes, download, print, or share the completed form as necessary.
