- Highlight your phone number and click the U button on the formatting toolbar to underline it.
- Double-click below your address and type 'QWERTY' using the CAPS LOCK key, remembering to turn it off afterward.
- Change the font of 'QWERTY' to Wingdings, transforming it into pictorial representations.
- With 'QWERTY' still highlighted, click the COPY button on the Standard toolbar.
- Click just after 'QWERTY' and hit the PASTE button again. Repeat this step to have 'QWERTY' displayed three times.
- Select all the text once more by accessing the EDIT menu and choosing SELECT ALL.
- Center all the text using the Center button on the Formatting toolbar.
- Adjust the font size of your name to 22 to enhance its prominence.
- Bold your first and last name for emphasis.
- Italicize your address by highlighting it and clicking on the I on your standard toolbar.
- Follow the directions to save this document on your disk, making sure it is inserted into the computer.
- Click on the FILE menu and select SAVE AS.
- Choose the 31/2 Floppy (A:) drive as your storage location.
- Type a name for your document in the File Name box.
- Click OK to complete the saving process.
