- On the Match screen, review the results of the analysis. You can edit the match list by examining suitable job titles, checking job descriptions, and sorting the list as needed. Select job opportunities you wish to pursue or clear those you do not.
- Utilize the Comparison feature to evaluate the match list and understand the transferability of skills. This may involve adjusting the Ability Profile ratings and reviewing the transferable occupations list.
- Explore the Browse feature to investigate employment information, including the Trait Search, which can help develop an occupational list based on user-selected descriptors.
